I have an empty 2 bedroom apartment needing some patch up (not full replacement) of skirtings, door frames and stair railing. Walls have some marks that could be cleaned with sugar soap or similar, rather than full repainting. Pictures below. Need done this weekend Sat or Sun

Sand back and re varnish small rear decking area

Need new and some varnished beading on skirting boards painted white. Refresh woodwork that has scrapes chips, especially one long paint crack on door jamb. Kitchen, bathroom and 2 bed ceilings need painting including inside 2 built in robes.

My deck skirting boards have deteriorated over time. Need a couple of coats of paint for weather protection. Same colour as existing. Paint supplied. About 10 sqm total area.

Repainting the walls in my room. The walls are in decent condition, although some stickers need to be scraped off, and some paint needs scraping, but just a small section. I actually want each room in my small apartment repainted bit by bit, so happy to work with someone flexibly until it’s all done (obviously each room will have its own cost). We damaged walls in our rental property when removing 3M adhesive hooks. We have pulled the paint off what seems to be a white painted concrete wall, as well as from plywood built-in cupboards (see photos). Looking for someone to patch this up and paint over

UNDATE: There are 13-14 steps and your own equipment will be required. Steps need sanding and polishing. Majority of the sanding has been done but further attention and detailing is required.

Hey there- I need someone to wallpaper two walls. Flexible with date. Both are about 3.7 x 2m One wall already has wallpaper. Would be happy to just wallpaper over the top of that is possible as there is no peeling or lifting.
