I would like to get my house repainted. The house will require the walls to be sanded and some repairs. The paint is flaking and peeling in some areas from whoever completed works during the build. I would require window and door frames repainted as well. The house is a 4 bdr townhouse. See Floorplan attached. Entire house will be emptied as after yourselves flooring and blinds are being replaced.

I require 6 doors and frames doors as well as 1 door frame , 4 bedroom cupboard doors and the architraves around whole house (12sq) and one bedroom ceiling. I have the paint already

There are 4 small section that have holes, plaster to be patched up and painted will supply the paint. Also patch the holes on brick work.

Two internal doors have been damaged whilst removing child locks, as you can see in the images. They needed to be sanded back, filled and repainted to the damaged spots. I have the paint for it, but byo other materials. May require two visits - one to sand back and fill, the other to repaint. Need it done asap as handing over the property to a new owner.

There seems to be water damage on the skirting, wall and carpet in one of our tenant's bedroom adjoining the ensuite/shower. Attached are images for your understanding. It's a very tiny area, abour 12inches long and 4 inches wide. It looks like dust or possibly starting a mould. Some investigation required. Pls include in your budget, possible replacement of plasterboard wall, MDF skirting and white paint
