X1 room needs painting. Room is approx 4mx4m Ceiling, walls and skirting boards need doing. Original colours currently on the walls and ceiling are very dark so quite a few coats will probably need to be applied. Would preferable like somebody with their own rollers and brushes.

I would like a feature wall wallpapered. It measure approx 3.8m wide x 2.3m high. I will need someone who can bring their own equipment, eg glue, brushes etc.

Need ceiling architrave cracks/gaps sealed up, also have a crack on the wall that has been there for a few years that need to be fixed, also a small crack on the roof coming from the corner and another near a window. I've used sellys no more gaps previously on the cornices and it hasn't lasted long and the no more gaps has a yellow tinge to it now so you can visibly see where is have tried to seal up previously. Need to make sure that you can't tell it has been fixed up as the house is on the market at the moment and needs to look good.
