I need to put in some new external stairs and a deck.

We have a deck (28sqm) and some front stairs (<5qm) which are in need of a clean and oil. We have the cleaning solution and the oil. It needs to be cleaned separately to being oiled, at least 3-4 days gap in between so that the timber is completely dry before oiling. Balgowlah - Due date: Flexible

The deck needs to be sanded back and then reoiled. It will need two coats of oil and will need to be done over a few days so the oil can soak in. Need to have good weather so it can dry. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 18 May 2023

Have about 30 meters of deck that needs cleaning staining and sealing - Due date: Flexible

Deck 62.6 sqm in total of spotted gum decking to be prepared and double coated in decking oil. I use and would like Intergrain Ultimate Decking Oil (Spotted Gum) for the job. The tasker should provide the decking oil and all materials. I have a pressure hose, scrubber, oil buckets and some other equipment. I require a high quality job from someone who is experienced in this and will clean up after the job is done. There are three different areas to be prepared and oiled. All photos attached. Back Deck 39.7 sqm of flat deck + 3.8 sqm (shower) This was built in 2014 & 2019 and has been exposed to the elements for the last two years. Requires sanding back to new and a double coat of decking oil. 39.7 sqm of flat deck and 3.8 sqm of the outside shower panelling. Front Porch & Steps 18 sqm (including approx. 4.5 sqm of steps) This was built in 2019, is in good condition and needs preparation and a new double coat of decking oil. Side Steps 4.9 sqm (all steps, incls the steps and the rise) This was built in late 2022 and has never had a coat of decking oil yet. Requires preparation and a double coat of decking oil. Outdoor stone/concrete tile deck area needs high pressure cleaning, approx. 80 square metres. The dirt/grime is very set-in so needs industrial-grade pressure cleaner (> 2500 psi). Please note: Apartment is on the third floor, only accessible by stairs. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 March 2023

Our deck is looking sad. I’m unsure whether it just needs painting with some nice stain and sealant or needs sanding back first. Tell me your approach! Roughly 30m squared total area. I have just completed a deck and need it oiled. I have the Cuteck oil that is required and one applicator. I need someone to come around and clean and lightly sand the deck and use the oil I have to paint it. The deck is approx 32sqm. I need it done as soon as possible.
