We have the lower level of our home that needs painting. There are two existing bedrooms, one hallway, small kitchen nook & a tv room that require two coats. The fascia and gutters of the house need to be painted white to match the trim of the windows. There is also one tricky side of the house above the garage that we couldn't reach on our own. It will require the roof sheets to be unscrewed and removed and then put back after the job. It is quite high, just a tricky spot. Will require a tall ladder. This is not immediate but will look for the right person to help us. Thanks so much for the offers.

Need a reliable handyman or tradesperson to apply 2 coats of Crommelin Interior Concrete Dust-Proofer or similar to approx. 180m² of warehouse traffic corridors in Belrose this Friday 18th and Saturday 19th April. The job requires roller application only (no spraying) as the warehouse is partially stocked. All materials provided, including product, roller, tray, and PPE. Must have experience with concrete sealing or similar, and be able to work cleanly and independently. Please comment with your experience, availability, and your all-inclusive rate. Old white paint is peeling off. It needs to be prepared for painting again. Probably requires power washing to remove flaking paint and build up.
