Painter Needed Looking for an experienced painter to paint the internal mezzanine/office structure and staircase in our warehouse. The warehouse has high-clearance ceilings (approximately 5–6 m). Please refer to the attached photos and advise how you would safely access and paint the high sections. Scope of work: -Paint the external walls of the mezzanine office/box, including the upper sections - Paint the metal staircase, handrails and balustrades -Colour will be a very deep reddish-brown / dark chocolate, as shown in the reference images -Reference image shows what needs to be painted vs how it is now - Preparation and appropriate primers/coatings to be included -Looking for a clean, professional and durable finish Access / Working at Height: As shown in the photos, parts of the mezzanine are quite high and extend towards the warehouse roof. Please let me know how you would propose to safely access and paint the higher areas (e.g. scaffold, scissor lift or another suitable method) You will need to have current public liability insurance and appropriate experience for this type of work. * Confirmation that you have current public liability insurance * Your availability and estimated time to complete * Any photos/examples of similar painting work Photos are attached showing the area to be painted and the intended colour. External paint 1 x wall and eaves with 2 coates. Only the top back wall (as shown in image)and eaves above the wall with all paint provided. Quote for labour and painter/s to provide all own brushes/rollers/pots and ideally ladders ( though I can provide). Please provide your costs including all Airtasker fees etal
