The paint and area has now moulded and I’d like to help him sand it back and paint it with mould paint. The area is quite small and tight (approx 4m x 2m) with an inbuilt shower, sink, washing machine and toilet that can’t be moved. But a ladder will fit. Looking for a kind person to help sand back all the paint so a fresh coat can be applied either by me or you. Budget is tight as he’s a pensioner. Aiming to have it done next Tuesday or Wednesday. Skim coat apartment bathroom ceiling as well as build a box around pipes. The room is about 4 x 2.5 metres squared (around 3 x 2 metres squared to be skimmed) and the box would be around 1m (W) x 3m (L) x 0.5-1m (H). I need a decorator who has a good quality spray gun to paint my popcorn texture ceiling (partially completed). And tidy up a harsh paint line on the wall where I have made a mistake. Shouldn’t take longer than a few hours ti complete as the task is nearly done, I just can’t get into the cracks in the ceiling with my roller brush.

I had a go at attempting to paint my ceiling. It’s not gone well, now I’m sticking to my day job. And now calling in the experts for the painting. I would say half is finished, the other is not. So technically half a ceiling - but that’s was my problem, I have a ridge across the middle that was too prominent to cover with paint, I tried to layer too much on probably too humid days and then it edged up flaking off again when I needed to sand the ridge again.
