Need ceiling repair 2x2.5m to fully match existing ceiling which has a shadow line edge. There's a very large 100inch TV wall mounted (shown in image) that can't be moved and will have to be worked above with care. Please include gyprocking, plastering and painting. I have the matching ceiling paint.

Bathroom ceiling is peeling from condensation. I need it scraped back and sanded smooth and painted in a ceiling paint that resists it happening again. I don’t have paint, tools or drop sheets. Looking for a fellow pro floor sander to help me get the bulk of the sanding done so the customer can move back in ASAP. Ideally you would need your own drum sander and edger at the very least so we can have 2 machines going at the same time. Just really need another set of hands to at least help me strip off the old coating and the rest I can do on my own. I need someone with experience that knows the trade as I can’t afford to be fixing mistakes. It’s a 3 bedroom house with kitchen and living, about 70m2. I’ll be ducking in and out between jobs but I’m on my own and I can’t be in 2 places at once. $450 1 day rate at least 9 hours would be good starting from 7:30am tomorrow. Hole in gyprock needs to be patched and painted

I need help with painting touchups in a couple of office walls where the paint was slightly scratched behind the chairs. Not large areas so I thought some painting touchups will be fine (instead of repainting the whole walls). The affected areas are about 1 sqm in 1 room and a couple of scratches of about 20cm in the other room. I have uploaded the pictures, as the scratches very minor so it may be hard to see clearly in the photos. The colour is Berkshire white. I’ve moved the day for the task to Friday 12/4 morning.

Need to patch up a hole in the wall approximately 38cm W x 43cm L Needs new gypbrock, plaster amd sanding down. We will take care of the painting.

We need the paint removed from these sections of the parking lot. Probably needs sanding and grinding as we’ve tried paint stripper and it didn’t work.
