Paint walls, ceiling and possibly bedroom doors of a 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment in Dee Why. Please see floor plan attached. Painting can commence either on Wednesday, 11 January or Thursday, 12 January 2023. However, must be completed no later than Saturday, 14 January. Scope of work: at least 2 coats for all surfaces - all interior walls - ceiling - skirting - 4 x interior doors and door frames (2 x bedroom and 2 x bathroom) with oil base undercoat for doors. - application of stain and mould blocker if and where required - Due date: Needs to be done between 11 January 2023 and 14 January 2023. Must be completed no later than 14 January 2023. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 11 January 2023

The place has been cleaned already. But the property manager came back with ceilings issue. I have attached the photo. 1 bedroom and 1 lounge.

Existing ceiling has sprayed texture that I am removing. I need a smooth skim coat applied to ceiling once all the texture is removed. The area is 16 square meters. Paint white 11 'big' rafters (29cm depth, 4cm width, 7m long) Paint white 12 'small' rafters (4cm depth, 8cm width, 10m long) These are all 2.5m off the ground. The pool (see pictures) will be drained which adds 1.7m (total 4.2m) to the 'off ground' height. This is to be done in June/July 2021

Hello, we require an experienced painter(s) to paint our small 2 bedroom apartment in Dee Why 2099 in early October (flexible with the dates but ideally any days between the 4th to 8th Oct but we can work this out closer to the day). We will provide the paint but you would need to bring everything else required to get the job done! Floor plan is provided. We require all walls (except for the kitchen walls) and all ceilings to be painted. Kitchen ceiling will need a little bit of prep as current paint is flaking. Apartment will be vacant.
