Single coat of white on walls of 2 bed and 2 bath apartment Paint not included in this offer Minor patching with putty required at 2 places and couple of coin-size patches may be. The scotia is recently installed but has nail marks from nail gun and adhesive. Some edges have gaps that will need to be finished up with putty/gap filler and then painted, obviously. Apartment has been cleaned yesterday, so im assuming the walls will be clean to an extent. Haven’t been into the apartment after cleaning though.
