I need someone to prep and repaint the ceiling bulkhead/cornice section directly above the shower in my bathroom. Photos attached show: •  Flaking and cracking old paint along the bulkhead (the lines/cracks are loose old paint). •  General discolouration on the painted surface. Scope of work: •  Scrape off all loose, flaking old paint. •  Sand the area smooth, including around the edges of the remaining paint. •  Fill and prime the small hole so it blends in. •  Apply primer to the prepared surfaces if needed. •  Repaint the entire beam with 2 coats of the colour-matched wall paint to match the rest of the wall for a clean, even finish. I don’t have paint for the wall but have it colour matched. The job is just this one beam section (not the whole ceiling). The house is vacant so you will need to clean up after the job.
