Fix Sagging Ceiling – Plaster, Paint & Clean Up (Labour Only): Looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson to properly fix a sagging ceiling in one room of our house. The ceiling is currently supported with temporary wood bracing and needs a professional repair, plastering, and painting. The house is currently empty and ready for rental, so we are keen to get this sorted ASAP. Here's what's involved: 🔧 Scope of Work: Remove temporary support Secure/fix ceiling properly (may include re-securing existing plaster or replacing gyprock where required) Plaster and prepare the ceiling surface Paint the ceiling with a clean finish Use caulking, glue, and any other materials needed to complete a professional job Clean up all debris and rubbish after completion 🛠 Important Notes: Labour budget: $750 We are happy to cover the cost of materials separately (paint, plaster, gyprock etc.) Need someone with experience in ceiling repairs and painting Must bring own tools Job needs to be completed urgently, ideally within the next few days Please include examples of similar work you've done or references if available. Sanding back stain on wood stairs and balustrade

3x4 sm deck needs sanding and 2 coats of decking oil

1. Remove old red paint from cement floor using angle grinder. 2. Prepare and clean surface for repainting. 3. I supply cement floor paint from specialist hardware shop. 4. You supply all painting tools, materials and grinder. 5. Surface area is 15 sq m. This is the entrance to outside laundry and toilet. Only floor needs work, no walls.

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.
