Sanding & staining of Deck snd stairs and sanding & painting of the balustrade. Area approx 3.5m x 2.5m (Balustrade & handrail nail holes have been bogged up in prep but need sanding)

Plasterer required for work as per pictures below. The 2 walls are 1.8 wide x 2.1 high, and .8 wide x 2.3 high. Then the bulk head. Flexible with dates but would like it done by 4th May Note: the bulkhead will be finished and ready to plaster in next day or so.

The contractor must ensure that there is absolutely no paint on the brickwork.

Remove oil stain from polished floorboards. See attached photo. This was caused by new tyres laying directly on the floorboards. I also have a small 2x2cm defect in a rendered brick wall which I need patched and painted white to match existing.

I have a black 2001 jeep wrangler tj. The car has minor paint imperfections and a handful of scratches. See photos. I would like to get the paint job looking as close to new as possible - this may mean paint correction but also repair of the deeper scratches that go through to the body.

I have painted internally throughout but am unable to access the walls and window frames in the stairwell and upstairs landing due to height and access issues.
