Painting of the interior of a 3x1 duplex in Bull Creek with low ceilings. The current paint colour is yellow/cream. Painter to bring own tools, and I can buy my own paint or you can make an offer with all materials. Specifically: 1. Entry way, kitchen and dining area - 20 square metres • Paint type - Matt finish of Dulux Highgate 8 W (colour code SP2B6) • Paint all walls, including 3 arcs. • Covering/patching the small join-in gaps of the skirting boards. • Painting all installed primed skirting boards white (same shade of white as the lounge ceiling). 2. Small hallway - 3 square meters • Paint type - Matt finish of Dulux Highgate 8 W (colour code SP2B6) • Covering/patching the small join-in gaps of the skirting boards. • Painting all installed primed skirting boards (same shade of white as the lounge ceiling). • Painting all walls in the hallway, including 1 arc which leads to the kitchen area. 3. Laundry room - 2.5 square meters • Paint type - Matt finish of Dulux Highgate 8 W (colour code SP2B6) • Paint all walls,including 1 arc which leads to the hallway. 4. Lounge skirting only (Size is 3.65 x 5.20 metres) • Covering/patching the small join-in gaps of the skirting boards. • Painting all installed primed skirting boards (same shade of white as the lounge ceiling) • No wall painting is required 5. Bathroom and Toilet doors and door frames only • Paint the 2 doors white (same shade as the lounge ceiling). Doors may be off the hinges at the time you commence this job. • Paint the 2 door frames the same shade of white (same shade as the lounge ceiling). Painter must indicate how long this job will take and be willing to work on site with a tiler who might be installing the laundry splash back on Tuesday 25 January for 2 hours.
