Painting of front wall to property. One side is street facing and the other backs on to garden. The sealer and undercoat has been done on one side of the wall. A sealer/undercoat and final coat needs to be done by tasked on the street facing wall. Just the final coat is necessary on the inside/garden bed facing side of the wall. Parts of the inner wall are difficult to access due to shrubbery. As the painting has been initiated already, all materials are (roller, brush, paint tray and paint) is ready to go.

It is an old Jarrah fence - 12.2 long x 1.75m high. Will need 2 coats of paint. I will supply Weathershield Low Sheen paint

Repaint bathroom ceiling

Paint small bedroom 2.5 X 3.1m, standard ceiling height. All surfaces to be washed by contractor prior to painting. Require ceiling, cornices and walls painted with 2 coats. Paint must be Dulux Wash and Wear, colours; Whisper White on walls, pure white on ceiling and cornices. Skirting boards/architraves to be protected. Paint, protective materials and preparation materials must be supplied by contractor and included in your quote.

Approx 30m2 teak deck currently in pretty good condition. Several boards need a sand to get rid of some splits and weathering in wood (see photos). 2 sets of steps and some side boards. Has numerous coats of Intergrain Ultra Deck Natural currently on it. Can supply product if needed. 2 coats needed.

12cm hole in a ceiling needs to be patched and painted

The brick wall has gaps in the paint where sand is leaking (Photo 1). I need these gaps sealed with an appropriate material such as cement. In photo 2 is an example of how gaps in another part of the wall have been sealed previously which was using cement.
