Painting 3 bedroom + study apartment (approx 70 sqm apartment) Have just had renovating done. Need to paint entire apartment. Needs to be ready for next Friday for carpet installation. -3 bedrooms -2 bath -kitchen -laundry -lounge (has high ceilings)

Paint a bedroom (approx 3.5m x 3.5m). We patched up some holes in the wall in our rental and have tried to touch up the paint but the colour isn’t a perfect match (even though we understand that it was the same paint which was used originally) so we now need to paint the whole room. We will provide the paint and primer, but you will need to provide painting materials (drop sheet, roller, etc) . - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 27 June 2022

Paint a small two bedroom apartment

I need a qualified & experienced painter to freshen up the interior of my small two apartment in Freshwater. Apartment will be completely empty however new carpet is being installed in the bedrooms today (Sat 27th March) and new laminate flooring is also being installed on Monday 29th in the remainder of apartment, therefore you will need to start in the bedrooms, bathroom. Alternatively, if you could get it all done with two painters in one day it can be all be done on Sunday 28th or Tuesday 30th March. I will supply Dulux paint but you will need to bring all your own painting equipment (brushes, tape, rollers, paint trays, ladder, drop sheets, etc). Work required: - Preparation of work area namely covering area with tarps, taping edges. - Preparing the walls namely Removing nails, Patching holes, and sanding. - Two coats on walls, skirtings, windows, doors, frames. I’m not sure if ceiling needs to be painted. I’d like to wait to see what it looks like after apartment is painted. If you need help to get it done in the time frame required (Mon 29th & Tuesday 30th March) you may need to bring a second painter with you.
