One side of about 6m in total of the 24m is at ceiling height of 2.3m and above - reached from hall below. There is about 9m of unprimed skirting along the bottom of the wall. Painting of the capping requires preparation of screw holes and joints. 2.5m of hardwood hand rail to be stained and varnished. Paint will be supplied. Plastering will be done beforehand.
