Removal of dirt from front yard, good easy access. We have shovels and a wheel barrow which can be used, but you will need to supply trailer or similar to take dirt away and dispose of. 9litre watering can next to pile for idea of size. Need to scrape the underneath ground flat, as per the surround ground. This was recently scraped by a small digger, so should be relatively easy.

Good Afternoon, My partner and I decided very spontaneously to arrange an additional clean up of our townhouse (90 m2) for this week. We clean regularly but we like to also add a professional cleaning roughly once a month for some additional tasks. The house is in good condition as we clean regularly every weekend, but we would like to engage a professional cleaner to perform the following activities: vacuuming (also small and corridor rugs) and mopping (the house is only tiles and no carpet), window cleaning, screen doors cleaning, kitchen, bathroom (including shower) and toilet (1), and bedrooms (2). No inside of shelves is required, but we would like the outside of the cabinets and the bookshelf to be cleaned as well. Additional notes: We do not require any courtyard cleaning. We have induction stoves, so no crazy cleaning is required. Oven needs only minor clean up (no trays). We do not expect the job to take more than 3/3.5 hours in a very detailed way. Any extra on top of this allocated time will be paid separately. We would also like you to bring your products and your vacuum cleaner (we do have one but it is electric and might not last). House is located in West Footscray, Hansen Reserve side. We need this done by Friday 2nd September (included). We are flexible with time but preferable morning.
