Hi, we’re looking to get some landscaping work done in both the front and backyard (similar tasks in both areas). Here’s a summary of the work required: • Crushed rock has already been poured and spread; the area is reasonably level. • May require light scraping of the top layer of crushed rock. • Compact the area (we will provide the compactor). • Spread and level fine dust. • Ensure the entire surface is evenly levelled. • Minor edging and corner adjustments. • Lay synthetic grass. • Install/hammer in the grass hooks. • Spread 5–6 bags of washed sand and broom it into the grass. This job can be done by one person in a few hours, depending on the pace. However, you may need a second person just for few minutes briefly to help carry the grass roll to the backyard. Please provide your hourly rate. We may also have a few additional handyman tasks for you around the house.
