Location: Sinagra WA 6065 Area: Approximately 4m × 3m (12m²) Work required: • Remove approximately 70–100mm of existing soil. • Remove and dispose of the excavated soil. • Supply and deliver suitable road base / cracker dust. • Spread and level the base evenly. • Compact the base properly using a plate compactor or suitable machinery. • Leave the area flat, firm and ready for artificial turf installation. • Basic clean-up after the work. I will install the artificial grass myself, so I only need the excavation and base preparation completed. Budget: $400 Please let me know what you can include within this budget. I need someone to spread approximately 50 mm of lawn mix over a 35 m² area to level the ground and prepare it for a new lawn. The lawn mix will need to be distributed evenly across the area and roughly levelled/raked out, ready for new lawn Access is straightforward — you can reverse a trailer directly up to the work area, making it easy to unload the material. Please bring suitable tools for spreading and levelling, such as shovels, rakes and a wheelbarrow if needed.

My backyard is yellow sand that is not quite level. I would like someone to come out and level the sand, with a laser level. Along one part of the house requires sand levelling and brick laying on top. Location in Joondanna. Relatively flexible on timing but would like it done soon.

Description: I’ve got a large pile of green waste that needs clearing from my property. This includes cut branches, small trees, and general garden waste. I’m open to two options: • Full removal and disposal • Mulching on-site and leaving the mulch here (preferred if cheaper) Access is fairly straightforward, and you should be able to get close to the pile with a trailer or mulcher.
