Replace roof eaves/fascia board under/lower roof - 1m width. When opening the fly screen door it rubs/catches on the timber and eave so will need to be sanded back a couple of mm too. As shown in photos would like approx 1m of roof eave replaced. The broken eave is above where the back door opens. - Due date: Flexible - Due date: Flexible

You will need to drill some new holes in for the backings of the hinges so the door closes properly as these are newer hinges. Preferably with carpenter experience. I accidentally knocked the light fitting loose & re-fixed it to the ceiling but now that light doesn’t work anymore. Maybe loose wiring? The black fitting that I put the bulb into is loose and can move up into the ceiling space.
