The bathroom in bedroom has a sliding door and that door seems to be stuck/derailed. Unable to close the bathroom door. I tried to put it back myself, I have a few basic tools which I used to put this back. It looks like the door is badly stuck. The railing wheels for sliding are under a hood type encase which I am unable to dismantle. I need help from carpenter to fix it.

Hi! I need someone to help me install bird spikes on my balcony 😊 I live in a rental and the property manager has approved for bird spikes to be installed. I have already bought the spikes from Bunnings but I would like help with installing it with glue or whatever you feel is better! Need help with patching the wall and repainting the wall. I will require a licensed tradesman, for Strata approval. 1. Remove the plug point on the picture and patch it. The electrical connectors have been removed already by an electrician. 2. Patch multiple locations as per the images, above and below the aircon duct. 3. Repaint the wall with colour matching paint. Note - you will have to be colour match and purchase the paint, Bunnings near by. I do not know the colour code, sorry. Kindly ask the questions before quoting / accepting to do it. Thank you.
