Find an experienced handyman in Westmead

I need someone to install a parking bollard/U-bollard in my allocated parking space outside my unit. The parking area is an open outdoor car park, not undercover. The bollard will need to be securely drilled and fixed into the concrete ground.

After painting the bathroom door, it is not closing and need a handyman to cut or chisel the base so that it can close cleanly. Its a bathroom door within an apartment.
