Just purchased a property and it contains to single roller doors. The roller doors are not opening and when I click the ‘on’ switch on the motor, it begins making a weird sound and the doors do not go up or down. Looking for someone to either fix or service these roller doors and provide remotes for them as no remotes were provided. I have attached photos of the doors as well as the motor.
