I’m looking for an experienced roofer to carry out the following roof maintenance work based on a recent building inspection: * Re-point and re-mortar any roof hip and ridge tiles where the mortar is cracked, loose, or missing. * Inspect and rectify the front roof metal capping so it has the correct fall back towards the roof gutters (currently draining the wrong way and causing staining on the front rendered wall). Not a major concern * Clean all roof gutters to ensure proper drainage. * Seal any deteriorated downpipe joints with suitable caulking/sealant and flush the downpipes after the gutters have been cleaned.

I have 4 large mirrors (ex-wardrobe doors) that are approx. 960mm wide each. I need them shortened from 2310 to 2150mm in height and adhered securely to the plaster wall that they are leaning against in the photo.
