Motorised blinds required for high-level bedroom windows I need remote-controlled motorised blinds supplied and installed to the high-level horizontal windows in a bedroom. The windows are difficult to access manually, particularly due to the ceiling height, so all blinds must be electrically/motor operated by remote control. There are two separate high-level window sections: Window 1: approximately 2.74 m wide, located approximately 4.43 m above floor level. This window appears to have multiple panes. Window 3& 2: approximately 2.34–2.38 m wide × 420 mm high, located approximately 3.62 m above floor level.

A carpenter has just finished putting in a couple of walls for a new bathroom in my granny flat and now I need someone to plaster the board gaps. The walls will be painted over and not tiled over and the walls are villaboard not gyprock as it is a wet area. I have hardies joining compound base coat and top coat plus a couple rolls of joining tape if needed. If you want to use your own materials that is completely fine as well.
