Need a laundry room door handle replaced and cracks in door repaired. The first image is of the actual door handle. We have this part already. The other photos show the current missing handle set up plus some cracks in the door that need repairing. On one side of the door there are cracks on the back side of the door which still has the handle on it, there are no cracks on that side. cracks are on the outside of the doors and near door mechanism . This door is located inside of the house.

This task is for plasterboard repairs and finishing, not termite treatment or structural timber repairs. There are four areas: A. Garage wall: Re-sheet the exposed wall around the existing doorway, plus repair the opened section of the bulkhead/lining above it. Install insulation that we will supply into the exposed wall cavities before sheeting. See the two garage photos. B. Stair-side wall: Repair the long horizontal opening on the opposite side of the garage wall, above the stairs. C. Hallway: Repair the ceiling access opening and other small affected wall/ceiling areas shown in the photos. D. Laundry/corridor wall: Reinstate the wall opening and associated ceiling inspection holes following the timber top-plate repair. The Issue: The aluminium bottom floor guide bracket for the sliding door leading into our staff room has pulled out of the floor/frame. The screw holes have stripped, so the existing screws will not hold. Without this guide, the door sways and does not slide properly along its track.
