Im looking for a quote to rebuild the window frame of my daughters bedroom. The wooden frame appears to have lots of rot and needs attention. Im not sure if a new window is required? I have a new front door that I would like installed and the old one taken out. It is slightly too small for the current door jam so youd need to attach some extra width to the sides to make it fit. Its a door taken from a californian bungalow door which is 80.5cm wide x 202 cm tall. The current door thats in there that needs to be replaced is Front door current size 86cm x 210cm. Theres also a security door which I would like installed on the same day. Ive restored it and repainted the wood ect. It once had fly screen mesh which I want replaced with security mesh that Ive already bought and is cut to the right size to fit the metal inlay. Youd need to put the parts of the security door back together as well as put a new lock on it. As I was restoring this door one of the joins came apart. Youd need to fix this as you put it back together. I have the wood glue and the dowl for this repair. Edit: Ive reduced the scope of work to only include the installation of the front door and security door

Looking for a locksmith or a highly experienced handyman to carry out the following work: 1. Install a deadbolt and a peephole on the main entrance door (45mm thick). 2. Install deadbolt on second door towards garage. 3. Repair or replace the existing latches on metal doors. The middle latch is removed (broken), resulting the doors are misaligned at the bottom, so they cannot be closed properly. Bottom latches seem broken as well, so will need to be replaced.
