These jobs could hopefully be done by a handyman. The windows could be done with perspex. As long as it's weather proof. Need 3 small window glass panes replaced. Also happy to use perspex. They are: 50 x 60cm 28x44 (x2) Also have a kitchen tap that won't turn off. Only stops running if heavy weight is placed on the tap. Finally, have a lawnmower that won't start.
