Find an experienced handyman in Stafford

We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo. We need someone experienced with stainless-steel sink repairs who can remove the temporary patch and complete a neat, durable and watertight repair. Ideally, the finished repair should be as inconspicuous as reasonably possible. Please advise how you propose to repair it and whether your offer includes all materials. We would prefer to repair the existing sink rather than replace it, if possible.

Antique chandelier support rod to be repaired prior to installation into existing light fitting.Final support point (metal thread) has snapped in half, see photos. Potential support required within ceiling (unsure of where joists are located). Metal work may be required, in addition to electrical. Happy for a mc'gyvered solution to repair to get it installed if mending original is not an option!

Large hole/damage to wall at end of bath. The wood is quite thin, possibly masonite with white waterproof coating or paint on the bath side. Work required is either replace with new panel and paint or plaster, repair and paint damaged area. Please see photos attached.
