We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo. We need someone experienced with stainless-steel sink repairs who can remove the temporary patch and complete a neat, durable and watertight repair. Ideally, the finished repair should be as inconspicuous as reasonably possible. Please advise how you propose to repair it and whether your offer includes all materials. We would prefer to repair the existing sink rather than replace it, if possible.

I have a very old privacy screen (4.5m x 2.5m) that needs replacing. It is attached to the roof of my porch and the frame appears rusty but i believe it is surface rust. In summary: 1) Advise on rust on frame.
