Looking for a plumber to inspect and repair the wastewater pump system under the kitchen sink. The pump was working normally last night but has now completely stopped. The guest has already tried switching the power off/on and resetting it, but the pump is still not running or making any sound. Looking for an experienced window repairer to quote on restoration of one awning (push-out) aluminum frame window at my home. Please supply all parts. What needs doing: Fly screen mesh has come away from the frame at the bottom-right corner and is torn. Re-mesh or replace the screen, fitted properly and cleaned up. Screen/window frame – aluminium frame needs checking, cleaning and any loose or damaged sections fixed so the screen sits flush. Winder – the window winder/handle at the base needs inspecting and repairing or replacing so the window opens and closes smoothly. How I'd like to run it: Stage 1 – $50 for an on-site inspection and a quote for the full restoration, including all parts and labour. Stage 2 – if I proceed with your quote, the $50 is credited towards the total price. Availability: I work from home, so weekdays are easiest for both the inspection and the repair. Fixing fly screens and clean up

My kitchen sink tap has become loose and wobbles when I use it. I believe the retaining screw/nut underneath the sink needs to be tightened. I don’t have the tools to do the job myself, and I’m not sure if the sink or part of the plumbing needs to be moved to access the fixing underneath. I’m looking for someone experienced with plumbing or handyman work who has the appropriate tools to inspect and tighten the tap securely. Task includes: * Inspect the loose kitchen tap. * Tighten the retaining screw/nut underneath the sink. * Bring any tools required for the job. * Advise if any additional repairs are needed if tightening alone won’t fix it. Will need to work around landlord's schedule availability. Besides, there is a high ladder available on the site. No electrical work is required. You just have to install / fix the cable on the wall from the signage to the ground. Cable has been connected. We will take care of the rest. It will be ideal and efficient if you can bring your own lifting machinery or ladder rather than using the landlord's scissor lift.
