Our bifold door has come off the top and bottom. (After guests used them while we were away) I believe we have all the parts - but may need some parts

- Touch up painting external - As part of our final snag items - Approx 8 areas of touch ups all at the back of the property - Images are only partial pf the work, I don’t have all the images, though I’ll meet you there and blue tape the areas - I have the paint on site - Need a professional, licensed painter with tools and a ladder to complete the works I estimate about 4 hours work

We have a fridge freezer with the freezer on the bottom. It has been regularly leaking water onto the floor around the freezer door which leads me to think the freezer door seal needs replacing. Let me know if you think it is something else. If it is the seal, we need it replaced. Photos attached.

I need someone to tile my kitchen wall and under windowsill, 1.8sqm, tile size: 60cm x 30cm. Before tiling, old pipe needs to be removed as its sticking out of the wall and the hole filled in. Please the pics.

Solar panels were removed for a roof replacement. We need them reinstalled.

My bed frame panel has warped. Fabric needs to be removed without ripping it, panel replaced with new one, and fabric reaffixed

Metal spiral on aluminium double hung window has come adrift and I haven't been able to get it back into place. So can't open and close the window. Fix 2 dripping baths taps, fix the end of the basin tap which has lost its filter/mixer screen thing and so water sprays out, and add white paint to where the paint has come off. - Due date: Flexible

Need to hang a large mirror, mango wood, weighs about 15kg, onto a brick/cement wall in our living room. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024

I have a 1m x .5 picture I need to be hung on a wall. It will need to be supported by correct hanging screws - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023

Require experienced person to build flatpack Absco Premier Single Door garden shed 1.52m (D) x 2.26m (W) x 1.95m (H). MUST be very experienced with own tools, etc. Site is already prepared and ready to go. Task can also include laying paving slabs and sealing shed to base if tasker has experience in doing so. Hang three pictures in a cement wall - Due date: Flexible

Reticulation pipe snapped and needs repaired urgently as about to hand over keys for end of lease. IT IS NOT THE MAIN PIPE AND DOES NOT NEED DUG UP. It is only the small 30cm pipe that comes straight up out of the main retic that has snapped. The male end of the pipe has snapped off and got stuck in the female pipe in the image (sorry about the low quality but taken at midnight last night). I cannot remove it and it will need cut out from inside and then the replacement in the image can be screwed in. Basically the task is to somehow remove the stuck end of a pipe that is screwed inside the main retic so that the new pipe can be attached. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 1 November 2023
