I would like an experienced carpenter/builder to rebuild the lower section of a gyprock wall (laundry) where moisture has caused the timber bottom plate and bottom of studs to rot & crumble away. In 2-5 years, I would like to rebuild this entire room (as understand the issue is bigger than this one wall!), but for now, would simply like the wall made structurally sound and rotten material replaced with moisture-resistant alternatives to buy me some time before I plan a bigger renovation. Will need to make the studs structurally sound (add something to support them at the bottom as no longer touching concrete base), add new bottom plate (something moisture-resistant please), and replace the missing gyprock & door framing. I've removed lots of the damaged materials so you can clearly see the issue!

The mounted blind bracket used to support my blind cords is broken and needs to be fixed. I've included photos showing the original bracket is out of place and needs to be resealed and screwed into the wall. This is a relatively simple task and only needs to be done on the left side of my sliding door. I have the original nail but unfortunately it won’t go into the hole. I have 2x shelves that fell off my wall - need them put back in.
