Hi there I’m looking for an experienced handyman / bathroom repairer to help with the following jobs at my apartment: 1. Patch and paint several small wall holes (white paint, blend in finish) 2. Fix water leaking from underneath/outside the shower area. Repair the leak so water no longer escapes the shower area. 3. Improve scratched bathroom basin so marks are less noticeable

The mounted blind bracket used to support my blind cords is broken and needs to be fixed. I've included photos showing the original bracket is out of place and needs to be resealed and screwed into the wall. This is a relatively simple task and only needs to be done on the left side of my sliding door. I have the original nail but unfortunately it won’t go into the hole. This minor project will involve a little touch up paint around the affected area and screwing in the blind cords securely.

Recently, this part of the ensuite toilet fell off. It is hard to describe, but the part that needs to be re-attached appears to be timber. I need to fit it back into the ceiling but I’m not sure what kind of glue to use, and I don’t have any kind of clamping gear. Would appreciate help from a professional who can re-attach this portion of this ceiling to where it needs to be. Thank you!

Hi, I am looking to get some quotes for a bathroom refresh and an internal wardrobe fit out. I have an apartment with a main bathroom and an ensuite, though both are fairly small in size. The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe that needs an internal fit out and there is a standard wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom that needs a refresh. Task List: Bathroom One - New Shower screen (see dims in photo) - New soft close toilet seat - Replacement of towel rails to a dual rail - Replacement of roll holder - new shower fittings tapware (ideally with a mixer tap if possible) - New soap dishes in shower and in bath - New LED backlit vanity mirror (600-900mm wide) - Clean and check fan unit Task List: Ensuite Bathroom - New Shower screen (see dims in photo) - New soft close toilet seat - Replacement of towel rails to a dual rail - Replacement of roll holder - new shower fittings tapware (ideally with a mixer tap if possible) - New soap dishes in shower - New LED backlit vanity mirror (600-900mm wide) - Clean and check fan unit Main Bedroom WIW: Add internal fit out of wardrobe (as per rough sketch in photos) 2nd Bedroom wardrobe: Essentially replace the existing fit out with something new and provide a small shelf that a suitcase can be placed on inside the wardrobe I can provide more photos and information so that you can quote more accurately. I'm also happy with a ballpark figure that is adapted once you've had a chance to view the place and determine specifics. In terms of fittings and screens, etc. I have not sourced anything yet and I'm happy to do that, or to go with your suppliers if that's better for you. I'm just looking for fairly standard chrome fittings, nothing too special. FYI the vanity unit is being replaced by the people looking after the kitchen, so no need to worry about that. I have 2x shelves that fell off my wall - need them put back in. Open to suggestions on how to mount them back up as there are still holes in the wall, and I still have the shelves, but they may need new holes or to be filled in to make them fit in again.
