Find an experienced handyman in Rockdale

Looking for a painter/handyman to tidy up 5 small wall patches in apartment. The holes have already been filled, just need sanding, and repainting so the finish blends cleanly with the existing wall. Colour match required (I don’t know the original paint colour as the wall was already painted when I moved in)

Need someone to uninstall existing 2x blinds and install new ones. Will provide the new blinds. One window is 180cm width x 240cm height which I have found the exact blind for (180cm w x250cm h) and the other window is 235cm w x 240cm h which I will provide two 120cm w blinds (you just need to put one behind the other to fit the width of the window). I would like an experienced carpenter/builder to rebuild the lower section of a gyprock wall (laundry) where moisture has caused the timber bottom plate and bottom of studs to rot & crumble away. In 2-5 years, I would like to rebuild this entire room (as understand the issue is bigger than this one wall!), but for now, would simply like the wall made structurally sound and rotten material replaced with moisture-resistant alternatives to buy me some time before I plan a bigger renovation. Will need to make the studs structurally sound (add something to support them at the bottom as no longer touching concrete base), add new bottom plate (something moisture-resistant please), and replace the missing gyprock & door framing. I've removed lots of the damaged materials so you can clearly see the issue!
