I am looking for an experienced handyman to assemble a 3.0m x 3.0m EasyShed (Gable Roof) and secure it to a concrete slab. Details: Shed Model: EasyShed 3.00m (w) x 3.00m (d) x 2.10m (h). The Base: Brand-new rebated concrete slab (100mm–150mm thick). The slab will be over 30 days old at the time of the task. Anchoring: Shed needs to be anchored into the rebated ledge using masonry anchors/Dynabolts (I can provide these or you can supply). Requirements: You must bring your own tools, including a Hammer Drill, masonry bits, and a high-quality rivet gun or impact driver. Waterproofing: Please apply a bead of Sikaflex-11FC (which I will provide) around the base frame during installation.

Small area requiring troweling and plaster repair

I need the plaster corners supplied and replaced in my kitchen. There is approximately 4 metres of corners coming away from the wall/ceiling as shown in the photos. The kitches is 4m x 4m but the other corners look ok. I need the old corners taken down, the surface prepared and new corners fitted securely. All i want to do is paint the walls and ceiling afterwards. Please tell me if you need more photos.
