50 Pressure Washer Repair in VIC

I need to get the leaks fixed permanently on my electric pressure washer. Blast FX - BE800EY model

When I pull the pull start the rope doesn’t start. It pulls and makes the sound like it is going to start but doesn’t I’m thinking might be the spark plug but I don’t know if someone could come and help me would be hreat

Seeking professional with a pressure washer for boundary fence clean (to restore colour to faded timber). Length of fence is approximately 18m in a small apartment courtyard. There is also a clear corrugated roof for an alfresco that could also be pressure washed. The size of the roof is approximately 25m2. This job will require a ladder. Due to the depth of the corrugated roof (approx. 3.5m) you may only need to stay standing on the ladder the whole time.
