We have a beefeater BBQ that is not igniting properly

Hi , we are looking for a handyman to help us with some maintenance at home. Hanging some things on a wall, toilet seat, netball hoop, camera up. We also have some electrical tasks (change hanging light and put a socket in the wall so if you have electrical experience that would be also great!)but this can be seperate

Timber handrail along the timber stairs to pergola requires replacing. The length of a handrail is around 3m and has 1 angle required at the top of the stair where rail goes horizontal. The old rail needs to be dismantled and disconnected from vertical timber supports . The vertical supports are not damaged, just the handrail. Apologies for the night photo. I need to do better image tomorrow morning.

Needing one palm tree cut down in manageable peices i can dispose of once cut down. Easy acess down the side and drop area on foot path

I have a ducted aircon for my whole downstairs with 4 sections and come control units which I do t feel is working g anymore - it’s operating like a fan more like

- Flyscreen to be correctly mounted to kitchen window - Assist in fixing sliding window so it will lock correctly - Re-install Garden shed doors on rollers so it can be closed correctly

Painting retaining walls, pressure wash ( guerny provided) pavers, stain pavers and decking, clean glass fence etc..

Pergola (Stratco) with motorised louvers seems to be jammed and needs maintenance

There are 3 small jobs that need doing. 1. Repair or replace a window latch that is broken (see photo 1) 2. Repair a gate latch that broke and bent in the wind (see photo 2) 3. Remove a panel and carcass for drawers in order to fit a small bench top dishwasher under the sink.

Multi gym station with cables requires service

Sign needs to be refixed to pole one side snapped rivet and slid down Vinyl wrap needs to be replaced showing signs of crazing Light box is dull unsure if lights are working or may need good clean

Replace a door, replace 3 door handles to match, fix flyscreen. Also fix or replace a door lock. Th e bedroom door to be replaced will need a couple of coats of paint.

We have a double garage with 2 seperate roller doors. Both are liftaway branded doors. One of the garage doors is sticking in the track on roll down. Occasionally beeps when finished rolling up.

We have two commercial properties we are the tenants ducted air conditioning unit for both just one unit each one is on top of an awning and the other one is outside in the storage area. Both can be accessible if you have the right . they are on the same road so you can do both jobs on the same day. Both need commercial air conditioning maintenance and cleanup to make sure they’re operating perfectly. We require evidence of the maintenance as we have landlords to give that to. I own a few fitness studios that use Pilates machines. The machines are a pretty simple design and they have a few screws, bolts, bearings, and pulleys that often come loose. I’m looking for someone who can come along and inspect the machines, tighten everything up, make sure the machines are safe, and find replacement parts if required. You don’t need fitness or Pilates experience, just be handy with all this type of thing. You might even need to be resourceful and figure out a solution if needed. - Due date: Flexible
