I have a leaking kitchen tap, connected with the filtered water system, the shower is leaking at the base, possibly needs sealant, 2 x sinks in bathroom, the push down plug needs repairing or replacing as it doesn't pop up anymore. the door on the balcony doesn't close/ latch unless you lock it and the handle has corroded. 2 x doors in standard rooms do not close properly/ latch and can be opened by a push.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo).
