Am flexible on days but I have a very old table and a few of the legs have come loose. Screws don't work as the wood is so old it just frays and splits (I have tried and probably made it worse) Need someone who is skilled in woodwork to please reinforce with more than just wood glue.

Leaks need to be sealed, some coming through the plasterboard and carpet. Damaged timber needs to be replaced as seen in photo. Once sealed need to be rechecked for leaks to ensure its leak proof. Give the gutter a clean out too. You might need to knock on neighbors door around the block and get permission to access some leaks to the side of garage.

The door is jammed and won't move. Possibly needs a new track, can pay for if required. The track is very old and rusted, also needs to be concrete into place.
