I need an experienced painter/handyman to repair visible internal wall cracks and make the property presentable for sale. The cracks are mainly located around upstairs bedroom windows, door frames, hallway walls and the staircase wall. Some cracks are along plasterboard joints, cornices and window corners. Work required: Inspect the cracks and confirm the appropriate repair method Open, fill and patch the cracks properly Sand the repaired areas to a smooth finish Apply flexible gap filler/no-more-gaps around shadow-line cornices and joins where required Prime repaired areas Repaint the repaired walls, or the full affected wall where spot painting would remain visible Match the existing white paint as closely as possible Protect floors, blinds and furniture and clean up after completion The main purpose is cosmetic preparation for the sale of the property, so the finished walls should look clean, smooth and presentable.
