I am a tenant and moved houses 2 months back - while getting the kitchen chimney screen out I realised that it’s broken from the sides shelving and was attached to the screen metal web via tape - it took me a while to just put it back but now it need to it fixed - can anyone help? Appliance brand is SMEG

My kitchen chimney is an old appliance of SMEG - I have just moved to this apartment 2 months back and when I was opening the screen to clean realised it’s broken on the sides and old tenant fixed it with a side of tape - now I am unable to use kitchen it until it’s fixed - is there a short term solution?

Remove shower screen and install shower curtain Looking for an experienced handyman to remove the entire front shower screen, including the glass door and fixed glass panel, so the shower is open at the front. The glass does not need to be disposed of—please place all glass panels safely in my garage. Please remove any silicone where required and leave the area safe and tidy. Photos attached.

Fix side entry doors. One of the door needs the latch fixed and the other door needs a latch and fixing the alignment as it’s not closing against the fence pole and seems to be loosening from the brick wall.

The cracks are mainly located around upstairs bedroom windows, door frames, hallway walls and the staircase wall. Some cracks are along plasterboard joints, cornices and window corners. Work required: Inspect the cracks and confirm the appropriate repair method Open, fill and patch the cracks properly Sand the repaired areas to a smooth finish Apply flexible gap filler/no-more-gaps around shadow-line cornices and joins where required Prime repaired areas Repaint the repaired walls, or the full affected wall where spot painting would remain visible Match the existing white paint as closely as possible Protect floors, blinds and furniture and clean up after completion The main purpose is cosmetic preparation for the sale of the property, so the finished walls should look clean, smooth and presentable.
