Sanding one side of a front door then paint it. The other side and door frame are overall complete. There are small areas on the other side of the front door that require a 2nd coat. Laundry door is painted but has a few small patch areas that need a coat. Also painting a 12m x 7cm x 3cm piece of timber on the ground. All paint is supplied.

Work includes: * Install new plasterboard and cornice * Replace damaged wall sheeting. * Waterproof and sheeting for shower/toilet wall. * Install supplied door handles and adjust doors/frames. * Replace missing trims/architraves and carry out minor timber repairs. * Flooring needs to be installed in shower/ toilet. * Shutter needs to be replaced with double door, pictures included. * Other multiple small jobs, can be shown during site visit. Encourage a site inspection before the final quote.

Roller door to be removed and installed at a different location

Removal of existing kitchen sink mixer tap and installation of new mixer tap by licensed plumber. Disclosure: - The plastic locking nut on the existing mixer is not budging when I tried to loosen it. We don’t mind if it and the existing mixer is damaged whilst it’s being removed as long as the new one can be installed. - The locking nut is tight to the back of the cabinet.

I need to colour match and replace 15 vertical blinds slats with matching colour and they have to match at top hook point (possible vane saver repair/re-punching holes). some are long against opening window anna some are bedroom window. Colour matching seems to be be a big hurdle. see photos

Looking for a handyman to assist with installing 2 towel rails into plasterboard in my bathroom.

Open to offers. I have a sliding door on the balcony and I'd like to install a flyscreen door behind the sliding side of the door. The door's full dimensions are 210x210 cm and the sliding part is 210x105 cm. 105 is the width. I don't have an estimate cost of the job an I am open to offers.

Washing line posts need reshoring and line needs to be restrung. Side timber gate requires securing to wall. Front timber gate requires planing as swells when it rains.
