Remove all loose and deteriorated sealant around the shower base and reseal correctly. Reseal the right-hand side of the shower screen and frame. Reseal all shower screen and wall junctions where gaps are present. Reseal around the hot and cold shower tap penetrations. Reseal deteriorated waterproofing junctions between the shower base and wall tiles. Remove and replace deteriorated sealant around the bath and bath hob perimeter.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician who can disconnect hardwired appliances and replace ceiling fans / lights ahead of stripout and painting. I am renovating my kitchen/house and need the following work completed: 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the power to an existing built-in electric oven/cooktop so it can be removed. The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). This is the first stage of the renovation. After the kitchen and laundry strip out is complete, I will also need a licensed electrician to return to connect the new oven and other electrical work, so there will be additional work available. Happy to talk through this additional scope while onsite for the above works.
