Replace plasterboard in ceiling. In child’s bedroom and a small opening in the downstairs ceiling. So 3 separate fixups. There was some repairwork done to investigate a mold issue, so the plasterboard was cut away. The mold issue has been fixed and now I need the ceiling fixed. Plaster and sand and ready for painting.

Our shower door is staying to come away where the glass meets the frame on the top. Additionally the handle never stays in place anymore and also needs to be repaired or replaced. We need to get this repaired or replaced with a new door.

My shower is leaking because of the grouting. Need an expert to remove the old grouting and replace and make it water tight. Just the floor and sides.

My fridge keeps building up frost and ice at the bottom shelf and drawer and it causes the food to freeze up while the upper shelves have a quite high temperature and not getting cold enough We checked the door gasket and it not loose or anything. We also defrosted the fridge and turned it off for half a day but as soon as we turned it up we got the frost buildup again.
