Replaced and removed some walls in living and all bedrooms, plaster will be hung but we lack the experience to get the base coat and cornice installed neatly. Inspection prior is required before agreement taken place

A year ago we bought the rails/rod set from spot light and they are not a good quality ones. Looking for a reasonably priced, quality rails/rods to install. We have 4 normal size windows. And one big size window for which we would like to motorise with remote.

The towel rack has broken, I’ve tried fixing myself with no luck. I’ve tried replacing grub screw, tightening grub screw. No luck. Price negotiable - I don’t know what this is to fix.

Install single internal barn door. All components bought new w instructions. Handles for both sides (one flat and one handle). Not sure where studs or noggins sit, open to any solution to solve that. We can help hold up etc, as it is 28kgs, and 2.4m tall.

Need someone with general handyman skills with excellent experience. Job will not be renegotiated onsite after commencing. Duties needing to be undertaken for an old property is as follows: -fix a crack in wall plaster inside and outside to a bedroom, render type plaster and sealing. Photos to follow. - Fix interface between cornices in all house rooms between cornices and ceiling plaster. -Fix some other cracks as pictured. -Fix plaster render next to an antenna point checked by electrician as safe, photos provided. -Fix bedroom door which won't close due to house movement. -General wall plaster cracks need rendering repair photo attached. No painting required. Rooms are mostly empty and undergoing renovations. When a decision is made and offer placed, work can start next week asap.

Delivered an EnduraShed garden shed. Some panels and the door are already assembled. Looking for someone experienced with shed assembly to finish the build and secure it to the concrete slab (must have experience with drilling into concrete) I have tools available, including masonry drill bit, hammer drill, impact drill, and rivet gun. Two-person job given the size of the panels — I can assist, 35M. Given the heat, best times are before 9am or after 5pm (area is shaded from ~5pm).

I’ve assembled many furnitures by myself but this one it got me I just can’t! I think maybe it’s not in a good quality, supposed it should not be hard to assemble as this outdoor longe chair is not big. I can’t do anything while I was doing the first screw, it got stuck and I can’t pull it out, the hole of the screw seems to have been worn but smooth. I’m not sure if the screw is too thick or the hole is too small, but it’s very hard to get the long screw all the way in. I also don’t have enough strength or I don’t have a strong electric drill. Please help with this screw and also help to assemble the whole thing..
