$70/hr - guaranteed pay for min 3 hours - potentially 3.5 as lots to do. Back glass and security sliding doors aren't locking. In the pic someone bought rollers but didn't get round to finishing. The main thing for now is that security door lines up again and slides and locks. Please only contact me if you've worked with sliding doors before and know how to replace rollers etc as there's a few things that need to be done around the place and having someone experienced and efficient means I can maximise on tasks that need to get done. Someone who has all the general tools for maintenance work is what I need. Depending on time and my budget, the other tasks are removing 10 picks long the fence, eplace shower head which I have but no seal at the minute for it. Tap outside leaking needs tightening/adjusting. Lights in kitchen to be replaced.I'll figure out what lights they are and buy. Gap in my birds aviary - this is the second priority. Various repairs needed at my house - some I've left for quite some time and now it is time to address! I will post photos after work but I need a handy person who has experience with a lot of jobs and knows what they're doing. Some of the tasks include: >Adjust/tighten tap out the back>Remove picks in ground from previous temporary fencing - I think 8 metal picks>Kitchen sink leaking - some kind of leak (not sure if a Plumber job or not) , fan above shower in bathroom the cover has come off a bit and partly hanging - needs dust removed and cover secured back on - just a round plastic one>back doors - one sliding security door and one glass - not closing properly - a roller issue maybe. Security door loud and drags and hard to lock in as comes off rollers. And possibly accumulation of sand or dirt. The lock on glass door locks in on wall - screw has come off and needs to go back in place. Shower head leaking and needs to be replaced. It's happened before so I can buy that in advance from Bunnings. This is off the top of my head - when I get home I'll have a look around at other things that need attention. The most important job for me is the sliding doors - they've become a nuisance - please only contact me if you are familiar with repairing doors rather than assuming you can. Really need them sorted. Best if you pop in first to gauge any parts you need to get for the repairs and if you're able to complete all jobs. I only want the one person to do all the jobs as it is easier and more cost effective this way. Please only contact me if you're confident you can assist with all of these. I don't expect you to guarantee sink though as it could be specifically a Plumber's job - not sure. Look forward to hearing from a suitable handy person. Thanks. We have an Airbnb in Leederville and it looks like the guest has pulled the blind off the metal roller. No damage has been done to the actual blind, just unattached from the roller - Due date: Before Saturday, 29 April 2023
