We would like to replace our kitchen sink mixer. We have a new one (the model is Taksjön from IKEA) and just need someone to swap it in.

I need a licensed plumber to inspect and fix a minor water leak underneath my kitchen sink. The leak appears to be coming from the cold-water inlet/supply line underneath the sink — the pipe/flexible hose that supplies cold water to the kitchen tap. The leak is minor, but has been left for a while by the owners, and has caused mould buildup under the sink. I would like the source identified and the faulty connection, hose, valve or fitting repaired/replaced as required. Please bring the necessary tools and common plumbing fittings to complete the repair if possible.

Just moved into house and have seen rat under kitchen sink. He only there at night time so during the day i Need someone to come and inspect the area and block the entry points, this may be done by adding some scrap wood to cover holes (i have scrap wood available and drill with screws) or filling with that expanding foam which i also have.. I also want to remove all items (will throw most things away) whatever i decide to keep i would like it to be cleaned thoroughly with bleach and sanitized and sprayed with dettol to kill all germs i would like the Under sink cabinet with 2 shelves to be thoroughly cleaned with bleach and sanitised and items to be put back in nicely. I will provide all cleaning materials and gloves. This job would be best suited for someone who isn't absolutely horrified and disgusted by rats like I am just in case hes under there at the time, in this case please for the love of God dont let him out of that cabinet and into my house because I'll have a heart attack. If you can watch to see exactly how he is entering the sink that would be good so we can block it and hopefully he never returns again.

I need a licensed and insured plumber to relocate an existing stainless-steel commercial kitchen sink to another location within the same restaurant. Scope of work: Disconnect the existing sink from its current location. Move/reconnect the sink at the new location. Connect the existing hot/cold water supply. Connect the existing waste/drain. No new water or drainage lines are required — the new location already has existing water and waste connections. Ensure all connections are secure, leak-free and compliant. Kitchen sink wont fully drain - second sink fills up. Assume there is a blockage, have tried to fix myself to no success. The p-trap is not blocked as have removed and put back on.
