Reseal kitchen sink. The sealant of my kitchen sink and spashback has aged, is mouldy and needs a replacement. Note, the kitchen sink is a slight sunken/recessed design.

The kitchen sink is clogged tried using unclogging liquid from woolies but it is still clogged. Water not going down the drain at all. Need washroom sink also checked once.

My kitchen sink is becoming detached from the marble benchtop. Appears that it was glued originally.

The grout was old and I tried to regrout the sink edge with a grouting gun but botched it, so needs to be properly done by an experienced handyman.

As shown in my photos, the sink was originally fixed from the underside of a large stone (possibly marble or granite) benchtop. Recently, the sink detached and dropped down because the original mounting system failed. I suspect there may also have been a wooden support frame that has deteriorated over time, possibly due to moisture from worn or ineffective sealant around the sink edges. I need someone experienced in repairing or reinstalling this type of sink, including working with mixed materials (stainless steel sink, stone benchtop, and possibly replacement timber supports if required). The water level then rises until the drain is fully blocked, then taking several hours to drain away completely.
