Pipe is leaking under my kitchen sink. Tried tightening didnt work. I dont think it is a big job to fix with a qualified plumber but i am not that handy! Potentially the internal seal (rubber gasket or the plumber's putty) has failed.

1.Remove old sink tap system (circa 1987?),(tap + brass pipes ideally) 2.Install new one (ceramic, 2 hole system), i have purchased this (see pic). 3.Install stopping valve x 2 (not purchased, you supply) 4.You might need to supply some adapters as needed. 5.Must be licensed plumber with insurance. 6.Cavity to work with 103cmx53cmx60cm (WxDxH) approx. can remove middle shelf if needed. 7.Prefer today. Hello, I need to replace my old kitchen sink tap with new one.

Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.

Replace kitchen sink tap. I tried myself but the hot water valve doesn’t turn off under the sink. Guess that is broken too and needs replacing. I will be purchasing the tap from Bunnings. When is the earliest you can fix?

Replace current stainless mixer to a Matt black version

I need a kitchen sink replacement. A bigger rectangle sink that will replace the circular sink currently there. Current sink is round (42cm); cabinetry should allow a rectangular ~45×60. Benchtop I think is a engineered stone. so would need a larger cut-out and possibly pipe repositioning depending on sink depth. I am looking for a singular tub over the bench
