Find an experienced handyman in Kelvin Grove

Need someone to install a motorised system for my recently replaced double tilt door at unit.

Need front stairs painted, has had some white paint on the balastrade but we gave up due to lack of time. I have the 2 paint colours (sand and navy), need more white though. Obviously happy to pay for more supplies where required! Stairs will need to be prepped prior to paint as it's covered in leaves/probably needs filler and a light sand. I've included 2 photos of the stairs before so you can see the colour set up To confirm it's a double set of stairs with two landings. The underneath needs to be painted as well to match. The property is high FYI. Rear deck has had horizontal panels/privacy lattice installed. Need these all painted plain white.

Replace ceiling fans with inbuilt lights in 2 bedrooms and fix bathroom exhaust fan which stopped working

Install a hook on a changing room wall and fix a curtain rod. Must have own tools to install.

We have a regular handyman however he is unavailable and we need this urgently done please. Only respond if you are available tomorrow or Thursday (latest). We need 2-3 rubber strips/window seals replaced over existing windows. Windows are dated but functional and required seals to stop water from coming in. 5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)

Remove a patch of carpet in my bedroom and replace it with another piece

Moving out of my unit, was taking the command adhesive hook off the wall and it’s damaged the wall by ripping some paint off. Looking for someone to come fix it Thursday or Friday before I move out

We had our bath resurfaced roughly 4 years ago. Two bubbles have appeared (one broke). Looking to have the patch repaired. I've seen some videos on YouTube but looks like best done by someone with experience.
