Need an experienced handyman/tradesperson to securely install a Shelta Australia cantilever outdoor umbrella into our tiled outdoor area tomorrow (Monday 28 September). The umbrella has a metal mounting/base plate which needs to be fixed through the existing outdoor tiles and securely anchored into the concrete slab underneath. Job includes: * Position and accurately mark umbrella location * Drill through outdoor tiles without cracking/chipping them * Drill into concrete slab * Supply/install suitable heavy-duty masonry/concrete anchors/bolts * Secure umbrella mounting plate firmly to slab * Install umbrella onto mounting point * Check it is level, secure and operating correctly * Clean up drilling dust/debris Photos attached showing the umbrella and mounting base. Must have appropriate tile/concrete drill bits and tools. Please only offer if you have experience fixing into tiled concrete and can complete tomorrow. Location: Minyama, Sunshine Coast.

We need an experienced locksmith or door technician to fix a slamming door. The door slams violently upon closing (see attached video). We have previously adjusted the S (Sweep) and L (Latch) valves, but the settings don't hold, and it reverts back to slamming after several days. We have a hole in the flyscreen door. Need the mesh removed and replaced (I have the flyscreen material to replace it with). I don’t have any tools. My brother normally replaces it and it only takes him 10 minutes but he’s away.
