We have a gyprock wall which is going to be removed by our handyman but our strata have advised we need a structural engineer to review and report before we proceed. It’s literally hollow and isn’t supporting the ceiling. We have a plumber who will also close off the gas and a electrician to move the intercom and gpo. Hi there I would like to gyprock small room 2.5X3.9 m , how much that would be ?

Hi guys I had someone doing a renovation for me and he just didn't show up. Job unfinished. I have a few things I need done. - Finish installing laminate floors in 1 bedroom. I have the floors, just need someone to help get it all done. I know it's not perfect but we had some issues with the floor and good enough is fine (doesn't need to be perfect) - Finish some gyprock patching - Sanding back and painting Happy to work on a day rate and then if we have a good experience and more work needed to be done we can continue on the same terms. I have 2/3 other projects to finish after this one so plenty of work together if we can build a good relationship. Job is in Punchbowl.
