Need someone to install a new ceiling fan, we have an indoor ceiling fan that does not work and have since bought a new one ready for installation.

Earlier in the year we had our outdoor deck windbreak/blind replaced with inclusion of a side panel to ensure less impact by the wind. It seems this side panel and zip have become damaged and dislodged which in turn has impacted a main panel which is being blown around strongly and starting to wear at the top. We need both panels to be repaired and firmly secured so that they will no longer be dislodged by the wind.

Fix kitchen grout, repair pantry door, reattach small fence pailings, maybe install towel heater.

Looking for someone to remove and patch 7 old evaporative air conditioning ceiling vents, plus repair damaged plaster around one power outlet. There are: 3 ceiling vents approx. 600 × 400 mm 4 ceiling vents approx. 480 × 480 mm Ceiling vent scope: Remove existing vent grilles Supply and install backing/support as required Supply and fit plasterboard patches Tape, base coat and top coat Sand smooth and leave ready for painting There is also one standard double power outlet in a bedroom where the plaster behind/around it has failed, causing the outlet to become loose and push partly into the wall. The outlet itself works fine and does not need electrical work. I just need the damaged plaster repaired so the outlet can be securely fixed back in place and sit flush with the wall again. No painting required. Looking for someone experienced with plaster ceiling and wall repairs who can leave everything flat, smooth and ready for painting. Looking for someone to remove my existing magnetic door stop and install a new floor-mounted door stop. The existing magnetic stop has one piece attached to the skirting board and another attached to the door. Both need to be removed. The small screw holes left behind need to be filled neatly with a suitable white, paintable filler and sanded smooth. No painting is required. The white filler can simply be left as-is/ready for painting in future. The new door stop then needs to be installed into the floor through the carpet, in approximately the position shown in the photos. I already have the new door stop ready to install.
