I need to tidy up my house because I’m looking to sell. I haven’t been able to source the exact skirting I need and there’s gaps from where there were previously doors. I need this fixed. $5 price is because I’m not sure about cost or how to go about this.

Also 6 cabinet knobs to remove and replace with new on vanity unit. need the downpipe situation fixed so that it goes into garden and not just hovering over a hole with bricks keeping it up - i paid someone else to do it but it’s not done properly and I have tenants moving into the house in a week. Water currently going everywhere and missing the hole. Sorry for poor quality photos. Can send better ones tonight. I need a variety of tasks done prior to having tenants move in. All included in the images. 1. Skirting needs to be put on (3 spots, I am struggling trying to source the right size but don’t really care if it’s not perfect) 2. Bathroom: tiles need grouting behind toilet and on floor. I have the grout. Also tiles at bottom of toilet need to be put on and the wall sealed behind toilet. I have all the tiles. 3. Biggest job: downpipe needs to be replaced from this temporary situation. Needs to be dug into ground and into garden. About 1.5 metres. Not a difficult job I just can’t be bothered. - Due date: Flexible
