Meticulous Floor Grout Repair, Colourant & Extensive Silicone Replacement. Looking for an experienced handyman/caulker/tiler to repair bathroom floor grout and completely replace silicone across a kitchen bench, shower screen and 4 vanities. Scope of Work: 1. Grout Work (Bathroom Floor ~8sqm): Scrape out broken sections of old grout around approx. 8 shower tiles and 10 bathroom floor tiles (large 60x30 cm marble).Patch with new white grout.Apply a grout colourant/sealer to the entire 8sqm floor grout lines for a uniform look. 2. Silicone/Sealing Removal & Replacement (White & Clear):Remove and cleanly replace old white silicone for 4 bathroom vanities (Lengths: 1x 215cm, 3x 120cm; all are 50cm deep).Remove and replace mouldy clear silicone along the base of a frameless shower screen (approx. 30x30cm area). 3. Silicone Removal & Replacement (Cream):Remove and cleanly replace old cream silicone on 1 kitchen bench (Length: 222cm, 69cm deep. Note: Benchtop is Caesarstone). Important Notes:The bathroom floor and vanities are natural marble. You must have proven experience working around marble and use care/tools that will not scratch or etch the stone.The shower screen is glass; care must be taken not to scratch or compromise the panels. Materials: I will supply the grout, the grout colourant, and the specific silicone tubes (White, Cream, and Clear Sanitary grade). Tools: You must bring all your own trade tools (grout rakes, caulking guns, scraping tools, profiling tools, and sponges).

To install a small pet door into a security door. The security door requires cutting. Bring your own jigsaw, tools and I supply the pet door.

The shower screen has come off its track and is no longer operating correctly. The door appears to have become dislodged from the runner mechanism, preventing the door to slide properly.

Door frame and sliding door scratches by dog. It is a rear sliding door. Looks like Matt black paint on aluminium door. Scratches on glass door frame and sliding door frame. Also require replacement of the fly screen. It’s the kind you get from Bunnings with the roller. Need to supply paint/spraypaint/fly screen.

Damage to ceiling gyprock due to an accident several months ago. Scope of work needed: Remove the protective sheeting. Prepare and Clean the ceiling framing. Supply and Install new 10 mm thick ceiling grade plasterboard in approx. 12 m2. Cut holes x 3 for ceiling downlights into new gyprock sheet. Back block edge joints. Fill, Tape and Flush the abutting edges. Sand over the applied fillers ready for painting.

I need someone to install my Milkcan clothesline into concrete. For this install the height and length need to be shortened, as well as installing into concrete. Plumbing required to lower vanity tap and washing machine taps lower so that a new vanity and laundry bench can be installed , will need someone who can cut out gyprock to get to the pipes and then patch up . Need to supply and install washing machine valve and connect to washing machine.After a new laundry sink is installed will need to connect sink and new mixer tap.

Hang a number of framed pictures on walls. A few on plaster over brick walls, rest on gyprock and study walls. Have some fittings. May need to supply others.

Need small textured render repair to front entry wall/corner of house. A pallet was accidentally knocked into the rendered corner near my front door, causing a section of the textured render/coating to chip away (see photo). Looking for someone experienced with render or texture coat repairs who can patch, texture match, and repaint/blend the area neatly. Located in Adelaide. Please quote including materials if possible.
