Area to be tiled is 2m/2. Tiles are travertine 30mm and 12mm to create a feature wall.

2.3x2.3 wall replaced and reclad with blue board. Tv mounted to wall and handle changed .

Remove double timber from doors, sand, paint, seal and replace. Fix bottom Hinge.

Rolling Door needs: *hinges replaced and re-attached * Rolling part needs to be re-attached possibly replaced Sliding door hinges have snapped and need to be replaced and re-attached to the door, as it is currently leaning out of place. Images attached

We have 3 faucet bidet sprayers (purchased from amazon)that need to be installed in the toilets. The bidet has a shower hose, spray head and t-valve. Please ensure that installation does not cause damages and ensure there are no leaks after installation. Installation can be done without tools but I suggest bringing along suitable tools just in case. I need someone to attach two wooden privacy screens onto poles - at the moment I have them tied up temporarily to the pole but I would like them to be permanently attached to the poles so I would need someone to drill into place. Please refer to the picture for reference.

The anchoring bolt of the side garden gate attached to the wall is loose. The garden gate is now half detached from the exterior wall of the property once the gate is opened. Require someone to anchor and seal the gate back properly to the exterior wall. Need a proper permanent fix. Also note the bottom of the gate there is a hole drilled into the gate, allowing the bolt to penetrate deeper into the wall (see photos, highlighted in red circle). The middle, and top of the gate had no holes on the frames of the gate, so the bolts from the middle and top of the gate does not penetrate into the wall.

Hi There, I have two ceiling fans that I need replaced. I have the fans already. One is upstairs main bedroom the other is downstairs living room. The new fans don't have a wall switch - remote only so the two light switches will need to be changed (they have the old style turn wheels on the wall). Pictures of fans and light switches I would like them replaced with if possible (I'm not too fussed if you don't have that same style but would prefer them). Located Carina Heights.
