Damage to door surface which needs repair

The kitchen tap is not staying firm because the timber base underneath it appears to be compromised due to water damage. The wood between the tap and the fixing nut/screw is wet and has likely softened or swollen, so the mounting can’t hold properly. A handyman previously tightened the tap, but it didn’t last, and the tap loosened again. Water continues to leak from under the tap and into the cabinet below, which suggests the issue is structural rather than just the tap or cartridge. I believe the damaged timber may need to be repaired or reinforced (for example, with a backing plate or replacement section) so the tap can be securely mounted and properly sealed.

There is a small hole in the plaster wall in the bedroom that needs to be repaired and possibly paint matched. I would like an experienced Airtasker to complete this as it needs to be done to a high standard with care and professionalism. Airtasker must provide all materials and tools. Use a drop sheet and vacuum when completed. Only experienced Airtasker, should apply.
